Have you wondered how to bring the music of the workshops deeper into your life? Have you ever just wanted a safe, supportive and playful space to participate in and experience the joy of music and dance? Have you hoped for the courage and confidence to join in?

If you answered "yes", you must know that you are not alone! For many of us the music is the most powerful part of our experience; it calls us back to the heart-space as it helps to sustain and keep alive those precious memories. 

Milli has spent the last year refining and perfecting her album and through that process has worked to design musical Intensives that are focused on the experience that we so love and share in the Circle.

This special weekend will be an opportunity to explore your self and your expressions through music in an inclusive and fun way.

Friday, May 31 from 7:00 pm-10:00 pm

Saturday, June 1 from 10:00 am-5:30 pm 

Saturday night from 7:30 pm-10:00 pm for a concert by Milli 

Sunday, June 2 from 10:00 am-5:30 pm

Concert: On Saturday night, Milli will be performing a live concert from 7:30-10:00.  This is open to anyone. Tickets are $30 for those not participating in the workshop.  

NO PREVIOUS MUSICAL OR WORKSHOP EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED... just your desire to play within and enjoy the healing world of sound.

We will dive into the power of the breath, the voice and movement to connect to our inner world, releasing limitations that hold back our natural flow of creative energy, and setting free our spontaneous, unique musical expression with the support of community.

We will explore rhythm, harmony and melody in a playful and supportive way.  Experimenting with techniques to expand the expressive possibilities of the voice, we will nourish ourselves through the healing power of sound, and open up to the joy, aliveness, fun and freedom of music making!

The weekend will incorporate rhythm jams, call and response, circle songs, sacred sound, silence, improvisation, intuitive movement, and more..
